    ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

    • What are the check-in and check-out times?
      Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, while check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you have any special needs regarding your arrival or departure time.
    • How can I access the facility?
      Before your arrival, we will send you all the information you need to easily access the property.
    • Does Cor Urbis have a reception service?
      The property does not offer a 24-hour reception, but our staff is available by phone in case of need.
    • Do you offer luggage storage?
      No, but a paid luggage storage service is available in the immediate vicinity of the property. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

    LOCATION

    • How can I reach Cor Urbis from Naples Airport?
      The property is easily reachable by taxi (about 20 minutes) or with the Alibus service to Piazza Garibaldi, then with the Metro Line 1 to the Dante stop. From there, it will be just an 8-minute walk to Via San Paolo.
    • How far is the property from the center of Naples?
      Cor Urbis is located in the heart of the historic center of Naples, a few steps from the main tourist attractions.
    • Is there parking available nearby?
      The surrounding area is a Limited Traffic Zone. However, there are private paid parking lots nearby.
    • Are there any restaurants or bars nearby?
      Yes, the area is full of restaurants, bars and pizzerias that offer typical Neapolitan cuisine. Do not hesitate to ask for some advice.

    SERVICES

    • What does the price of the stay include?
      The stay includes the use of the room, the bathroom, the set of towels and sheets, the use of the smart TV and air conditioners/heat pumps. The extraordinary change of linen and extra cleaning are not included, which are available for a supplement.
    • Is the tourist tax included in the price?
      The tourist tax is not included in the cost of the reservation. It is equal to 3 euros per night for each guest, and must be paid upon arrival.
    • Is there a cleaning service and/or linen change?
      Towels are changed every four days, while bed linen is changed and the room is cleaned every seven days. It is possible to request an early change with a supplement of 10 euros for the change of bed linen and 15 euros for extra cleaning.
    • Does the property offer free Wi-Fi?
      Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms.
    • Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning and heating?
      Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump.
    • Is breakfast included in the stay?
      Cor Urbis does not offer breakfast service, but there are several Neapolitan bars and pastry shops nearby.
    • Is there a laundry service?
      We do not offer a laundry service.
    • Can I request an extra bed or a crib?
      Unfortunately, it is not possible to add extra beds or cots to the rooms.

    ACCESSIBILITY, PRIVACY AND SECURITY

    • What languages ​​does the staff at Cor Urbis speak?
      Our staff speaks Italian, English and French.
    • Are pets allowed?
      Due to possible allergies of other guests, pets are not allowed inside the property.
    • Is the property accessible for people with motor disabilities?
      Cor Urbis is located on the first intermediate floor of a historic building (not reachable by elevator); therefore, the property may not be easily accessible for people with motor disabilities.
    • Is smoking allowed inside the property?
      The property is completely non-smoking. Smoking of any product is prohibited, including traditional cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and other devices.
    • Is the property supervised?
      Yes, the entrance to the facility is equipped with active video surveillance.
    • Are there any security devices in the facility?
      Each room is equipped with a safe, smoke detector and the facility is equipped with carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers.

      Rules and Supplements

      • Guests are required to provide an identity document upon arrival for registration and payment of the tourist tax. The data will be processed in compliance with privacy regulations.
      • The rooms are exclusively for the use of registered guests. It is not permitted to host unregistered people.
      • On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 to allow for cleaning and check-in of new guests. Delays in leaving the room will result in an additional night’s stay being charged.
        Other rules to be respected:
      • Access to other people:
        For security and privacy reasons, it is not permitted to allow other unregistered people to access the facility at any time.
      • Use of the toilets:
        Please use the toilets carefully, avoiding throwing unsuitable objects into the toilet (use the appropriate bins for paper and other waste).
      • No smoking and use of electrical appliances:
        It is forbidden to smoke inside the premises and to connect unauthorized portable appliances, with the exception of electric razors, battery chargers for PCs and phones, and bottle warmers.
      • Respect for silence:
        To ensure the tranquility of all guests, it is recommended to maintain respectful behavior during the hours of silence, from 22:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. In general, please avoid any noise that may disturb the peace of other guests.
      • Liability for damages:
        Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the structure and for the improper use of complementary equipment.
      • Return of keys:
        At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned. In case of loss, the cost of replacement will be charged.
      • Turn off the systems:
        Guests are asked to turn off the lights, the air conditioner, the smart TV and other systems when they are not in the room.
      • Room Security:
        Each guest is responsible for locking their room, the main entrance of the facility and the external door in case of exit. We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal items.

      The facility is not responsible for any disruptions, such as lack of hot water or temporary interruption of internet service, unless they are due to obvious negligence of the facility.

        Cancellation Policies

        • Deposit at the time of booking:
          A deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
        • Cancellation of the reservation:
          Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation after that date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
        • Balance of the stay:
          The balance of the stay will be paid upon arrival at the property.
        • No show or early departure:
          In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will still be due and no refund will be provided.
